RESPONSIBILITIES

Content usage

All artwork material submitted to www.artpreview.ru (further the Website) by the fully registered artists or their representatives (further the Users), including but not limited to texts, images, projects, photos, videos (further Content) are copyright protected and the copyright belongs to the Users. The Users of the Website delegate right to use the submitted materials to fill up the Website, to be included in the catalogue, to be preserved in the archived website, to arrange the content for the expert committee and other activities to the ArtPreview organizing committee (further the Organizer) and the affiliated organizations . Submitted artworks will remain visible online as a part of the ArtPreview visualization project. All electronically submitted materials (including, but not limited to compact discs, DVDs, resumes, texts and catalogues) cannot be returned to Users, but will be archived by the Organizer. Website content cannot be copied, published or distributed without User's and the Organizer's permissions.

Content character responsibilities

All responsibilities for the character of the Content lays on Users (artists or their representatives). All Users are personally responsible for the Content. The Organizer retains the right do delete any material that it considers insulting, slanderous or unlawful (further inappropriate).
Users submitted artworks considered by the Organizer as inappropriate will not be allowed to re-submit artwork(s) and the fees will not be refunded. By registering for the competition User confirms that she/he is at least 18 years old (age of majority) and agrees with the rules and conditions listed above.
